Jung Sungchan is the newest member of NCT (U). He was a trainee from around 2016 until he debuted in Sept. 2020. Sungchan was born on Sept. 13th, 2001 in Seoul, South Korea.

Sungchan was officially introduced to NCT in the "Yearparty 2020" Video on September 22nd, 2020. His debut song was with NCT U's "90's Love". His position in the group is rapper.

1. Sungchan joined SM Ent. as a trainee in 2016 and trained with WayV and Jungwoo!

2. He enjoys exercising and gaming.

3. He used to play soccer for his school's team! His dream was to become a soccer player.

4. His favorite food is sushi.

5. He enjoys making rap melodies!

6. He likes watching animals and loves raising pets, especially dogs~

7. Sungchan prefers sprite over cola...

8. According to Hendery, Sungchan has a tendency to stop talking midsentence. He is also very soft spoken.

9. He is currently dorming with Shotaro~

10. He has one older brother.

11. Sungchan raised a dog (Ttomi) from when he was in 1st grade all the way up until last year (2020).

12. Sungchan mentioned that one of his favorite idols is KAI from EXO!

13. Sungchan is the MC for Inkigayo alongside Yujin and Jihoon (March 2021).
